Who is Ike Eisenmann?
Ike Eisenmann (who is now known as Iake Eissinmann) was Born July 21,
1962 in Houston, Texas. At the tender age of eight Ike followed in his
fathers footsteps by gaining a small role in the long running television
series of the 1960/70's - 'Gunsmoke'.
Ike's most active acting period
was during the late 1970's and early 80's with film's such as Disney'
s 'Escape to Witch Mountain' and short television series such as 'The
Fantastic Journey'. His most recognised role is probably the character
'Tony' in the Disney film 'Escape to Witch Mountain' and its sequel 'Return
from to Witch Mountain'; but Ike has played in many other roles: - including,
the ill fated Peter Preston from Star Trek II 'The Wrath or Kahn' (1982)
and Cross Creek (1983)
Though acting is no longer his primary vocation. Eisenmann; now in his
early 40's, still maintains close ties to the film industry. Since 1987,
he has moved behind the camera and now takes employment primarily as
a producer and sound effects, a capacity in which he has worked on such
films as Man of the House, While You Were Sleeping, Powder, and Romy
and Michelle's High School Reunion. Originating from California, Ike
is happily married to Alex and travels throughout USA working on various
projects.
Ike's most recent projects has been 'The Blair
Witch Mountain Project', a spoof of the popular 'Blair Witch Project'
and Tugger an animated cartoon for children as well as providing a commentary
for the recent DVD release of the Witch Mountain film's.
