We've been here since 1999, our fourth year. I (the webmaster) have kept this site going at my own cost; as hosting costs go up I find it harder to maintain this site. Please help by making a donation.

Late November we were contacted by the SFX magazine for an interview with Iake, we contacted Iake who showed some interest in this we'll keep you informed of the latest news.
Some regulars to the site may notice some changes to our site, well we're busy prepairing for our fourth birthday plus we were well overdue a makeover.

Help wanted! It is coming increasingly hard to maintain this site as time constraints are getting shorter by the day. The webmaster is currently designing a new site for release next month (January 2003)

Finally, the guestbook is on-line. For all those frustrated typists out there you can now let the world know what you think of Iake and this site.
Final tests have been running on our on-line chat facility, a chat with the webmaster is planned next month.

Re-organisation of the Ike Eisenmann website is planned over the coming months. We've been thinking of this for some time as a number of downloads and links are now obsolete and need updating.
Iake has some plans in the works and we will let you know what they are as soon as we get the nod from Iake.

The Ike Eisenmann Site (UK) was notified by the Official Ike Eisenmann Website (USA) that it has been taken offline due to legal action by the US federal government against Ethan Platteborze AKA 'Wes Goode' the web site creator for fraud. The website administrator elected to take the Official site offline due to the association that it had with Ike Eisenmann.
Our site www.tuffnet.co.uk/ike/ shall remain online and will post news about the official site as soon as we hear. For further news about Ethan Platteborze click here.

Minor changes to website, added visitor poll - hey we need Your views of this site, let us know what you like or dislike and we'll try our best to make the changes!
Starting work on new Ike Screensaver, our first one was large (10Mb), we're busy compacting it and adding new media, The Ike Site screensaver isn't just an ordinary picture screensaver, its got media too!
We are also working on a Ike game based along the lines of super powers and UFO's - Watch this space...

We re-open this site on March 4th after some months of re-work on the site. Previous visitors might not notice much difference in the layout but we are frantically adding new material.
We've also added a new movie which you may have seen on coming to the site, we're planning more interaction and games for you to play - so keep your eyes peeled. Some of you who downloaded our screensaver may have found that it timed out, our NEW version will be better and will not timeout!

After a long time work on the Ike Eisenmann website starts again.

The ISP Providing tuffnet, our owner site's crashes and looses all of the Ike Site, this is catastrophic for us and we have to work from our backups to restore the site.

A lot has happend in the last few months, Lake has released his short movie 'Single Family Dwelling' and released his own website. In addition to this, his wife, Ales has also released her own website.

We've been doing some work on the site, A new intro movie with some cool music (If you liked it you can download the full version from our downloads page, we've also updated the screensaver so you don't have to download it in four parts. Over the following days we will also be updating the photographs section to include some new and rare photos.

Plans are afoot to expand this site dramatically to include reviews and mini sites on as many sci-fi related films/TV shows that Ike has been in. We are also designing yet another screen saver and another winamp skin - want to keep posted then join our mailing list.

January 1st 2000 The Ike Site announces that it will open its doors to the public, this was due to the 'Discovery' of our website by a fan.

13th November 1999

The Ike Site produces the first Ike Eisenmann screensaver. Produced in conjunction with the Official site, Bob's star sites and Star Galaxy, the Ike Eisenmann screensaver was placed on our site for free download. We advertised the screensaver on the alt.fan.teen.idols where a user named 'Seth' ripped off the screensaver and placed a binary copy of it in the newsgroup. (read below)

13th November 1999

An anonymous user calling themselves 'Seth' download the Ike Eisenmann screensaver (the very same day we announce it) and upload a copy to alt.fan.teen.idols. This wasn't a very good idea as 'Seth' uploaded a six megabyte file to a text newsgroup (this did not make him very popular)
Note: The Ike Site must stress that we do not support this version and will not take any responsibility for any damage to anyone's computer or data who uploaded this pirate copy.

October 1999

The Ike Site is discovered by a fan who then posted an notice on the newsgroups claiming that we had copied and stole images and text from the official site. We immediately took this site off line to investigate how someone found this site when it is not advertised in any way.
We would like to stress that The Ike Site does have Ike Eisenmann's permission to use this material. A response from The Ike Site and the Official Ike Eisenmann website was posted to the newsgroup.
